ALT_CPH 15 Nucleus. Copenhagen Alternative Art fair
Last weekend i had the pleasure of participating in the ALT_CPH 15 Nucleus.
Alt_Cph is the Alternative artfair in Denmark. The focus is artist run spaces and alternatives
to the commercial and more established contemporary art scene. I was representing the new space called "Slagteriet Holstebro" (The slaughter house Holstebro) It is a project that has been started and is run by the Danish artist dou Jens&Morten. They where invited to attend Alt_cph 15, and they asked all the artists who have been working at the slaughter house before, if we wanted to participate at their both at the artfair. All said yes. The idea of the booth was to make kind of a mini version of the 13000 square meter old slaughter house at the art-fair booth. I was using it as a studio and used all three days working with drawings in my Tecken concept that still continues to develop.
I am pleased that i was there with Jens&Morten and the other participants during the weekend. It was fun and interesting. Looking forward to more collaboration in future.
If you are interrested in knowing more about the Slaughter house project

Slaughter House session.
I was invited by the danish Artist dou Jens & Morten, to participate in a three day project
at their new 3000 Square meter studio space. They invited a wide span of artist with completely different ways of working to stay and work on each project during 3 intense days, not much sleep but a lot of fun and many good things happend, during our stay. I was so happy to be invited to come and work this incredible place, i used the oppertunity to try out new things and experiment.
I want to come back and continue, so much more need to be done.
Thanks to Jens & Morten for making this happen and thanks to everyone else involved who i met at my stay at the slaughter house. Hopefully i see you again soon.
Below you can follow what i did during my stay there. Hope you enjoy
Fremtiden! The Future in danish.
